Appointments are by booking only, with a 50% deposit required for online bookings. Please allow at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule — late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Returning clients can skip the deposit by contacting us directly, and new clients must complete an online consultation form before their first visit.

For our Leichhardt location, your confirmation email will include your PIN and access instructions for the clinic.

Leichhardt: HICAPS is available in clinic, so you can claim your health fund rebate on the spot.

Annandale: Remaining payments can be made by card, PayID or exact amount cash. We do not have a HICAPS machine in clinic, so we will email you a health fund receipt so you can claim online.
