Appointments are by booking only, with a 50% deposit required for online bookings. Please allow at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule — late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Returning clients can skip the deposit by contacting us directly, and new clients must complete an online consultation form before their first visit. Your confirmation email will include your PIN and access instructions for the clinic. By booking, you agree to these policies.
