What is acupressure?
Acupressure is the application of pressure to points on the body in order to make an intervention that will balance the energy system of the body, which is usually done by applying finger to thumb pressure.

What to expect when you receive acupressure?
I will be incorporating acupressure with remedial massage and with cupping. When I do acupressure, it feels like a pulse, similar to a heartbeat. Sometimes, the pulse can be quite active and erratic whilst some is dull and faint. When I do a combination of points, it can feel as though one side is empty and the other is full, I try to make it even and till I feel a steady pulse on whatever points I'm treating. Some clients fall into a deep state of relaxation and feel some warmth; whilst others can really feel the energy and Qi being balanced and restored and feel the pulse of acupoints.
